AWARD & CLASSIFICATION: Permanent

APPOINTMENT STATUS: 6 Months

PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 35 hours

BASE LOCATION: Tweed

The Manager Human Resources and Quality is responsible for leading and managing the human resources and quality assurance functions within our organisation. This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality community services through effective people management, continuous improvement, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

About You

To be successful in this position you will require to meet the following selection criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and Quality management including employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding)
  • Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management preferably within a community sector setting
  • Experience in quality assurance systems, including policy development, audits and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Exposure to external audit processes (e.g., accreditation, regulatory compliance).
