Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As the technical lead, you will oversee and support consultants on larger engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on the role of Technical Lead across client projects, guiding and mentoring other consultants.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, delivery plans, and resource requirements.
  • Step into project management for smaller engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to presales by understanding client needs and identifying suitable technical solutions.
  • Provide input into solution design and technical proposals that align with client goals.
  • Actively promote our products and services to uncover new opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years IT project consultant delivery experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including current OS, infrastructure, and management capabilities.
  • Specialising in SOE build through MDT / SCCM / Intune, Active Directory, M365, AVD / RDS / Citrix, and other core Microsoft products.
  • Experience with endpoint management principles, RSoP, application allowlisting, Essential 8, and security baselines.
  • MDM and MAM experience with macOS is desirable but not essential.
