Support Asylum Seekers Case Manager

Deliver effective intake services to vulnerable asylum seekers, ensuring their needs are met through comprehensive case management and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assess client eligibility for SRSS services and develop individualized case plans within established KPIs
- Conduct thorough needs assessments of clients against vulnerability criteria, identifying opportunities for skill development and community access
- Collaborate with service providers to provide holistic support and maintain accurate digital records of client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Community Services or Welfare
- Minimum two years' experience in casework, with a proven ability to work independently and effectively
- Strong understanding of case management principles and theoretical frameworks, with a demonstrated commitment to working with culturally diverse clients
