Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to support our Electronic Security Systems Program.
- The successful applicant will work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to develop, review, manage, and share program and project artefacts, including reporting, procurement, and communications material.
- They will also prepare, manage, and share artefacts related to meetings, workshops, and governance boards, providing secretariat services and being the point of contact for initial enquiries.
- This role requires the ability to maintain accurate registers and logs to ensure program and project risks, issues, decisions, and actions are captured and kept up to date with the latest progress information.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of program management principles and be able to develop an in-depth knowledge of the program and its projects' scope, schedule, financials, stakeholders, and outcomes.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring supplies, resources, and equipment are available for meetings and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager and Project Managers in developing, reviewing, managing, and sharing program and project artefacts.
- Prepare, manage, and share artefacts related to meetings, workshops, and governance boards.
- Maintain accurate registers and logs to track program and project progress.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the program and its projects' scope, schedule, financials, stakeholders, and outcomes.
- Ensure supplies, resources, and equipment are available for meetings and workshops.
