  • Minimum 3 years experience in Disability services or equivalent care environment
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Sound knowledge of human rights-based approaches and person-centred care
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of NDIS funding model and processes (desirable)
