
Senior Disability Support Team Lead

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in team leadership, empathic support, stakeholder management, quality & compliance, and administration.

You're passionate about capacity building clients in developing connections, helping clients become work ready and confident in stepping into the next chapter of their lives
You're determined to make a positive difference to clients' lives, your team, and your local community
You can flexibly lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership
You have a flair for creativity (or you can inspire creativity in others) and can turn ideas into reality
You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
