A smooth transition is key in our Graduate Program. We provide a great onboarding experience, high level of supervision, ongoing support, and a caseload you can ease into.

You will also have a dedicated buddy to help you settle in and fortnightly technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence.

Your own mentors will guide you through the process, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, client's homes and schools, and via telehealth.

You'll also have 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior clinician to support your career ambitions for the future.

Time allocated to therapy support activities - have more time to spend with your clients and the freedom to follow up, communicate and collaborate on everything needed to achieve their goals.

Your role as a Therapy Grad involves helping children achieve their development milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Educate and involve parents, carers and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.

Help children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing their teeth and feeding themselves.

Help children with behavioural issues maintain positive behaviours in all environments.

You should be enthusiastic and thrive in an environment that welcomes fresh ideas.

You'll need a degree in Occupational Therapy, eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating, graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025, a full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance, a valid Working with Children Check, a clear current Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR certification, excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
