As a Speech Pathology Graduate, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their development milestones and supporting families through every step of the way.
About Your RoleYou will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop tailored plans that cater to each child's unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based practices, you will help children overcome communication challenges, build confidence, and enhance their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of speech pathology principles and practices. You should also be eligible for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and have a degree in Speech Pathology or currently completing it.
