Expert Application Support Specialist

The role primarily focuses on providing specialized protection and control application support to clients.
- Design and develop detailed protection plans including material selection, panel drawings, relay configuration files, protection setting reports, Factory Acceptance Tests, site investigations, and commissioning support.
- Collaborate with key suppliers to resolve customer hardware and software enquiries.
- Communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and tender responses.
- Conduct technology workshops for both external and internal customers.
We rely on you to provide exceptional levels of customer service that exceed our client's expectations. You will cultivate positive working and customer relationships and contribute to ongoing strategy development around current and emerging technologies in the Protection and Control space.
This role requires an individual who is proactive, highly customer-focused, and has a passion for expanding customer knowledge of our products, services, and solutions.

Preferred qualifications include a recognized Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and 3+ years of work experience with power system consulting, vendor, or utilities companies.
