About the Role

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Membership and Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our Membership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Membership team, including data entry, invoicing, and purchase order processing.
  • Assist with enquiries and sales for HIA products and services, providing engaging and efficient servicing to our members and customers.
  • Coordinate office functions, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Proactively serve members, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to a high-quality service standard.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to reach and exceed sales and service targets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal communications.
  • Well-developed time management skills and administration skills.
  • Drive and commitment to achieving results via a "hands-on, can-do" approach.
  • A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
