Our team is seeking an experienced Messaging Coordinator to join our 24/7 operations. This role plays a critical function in supporting ongoing customer operations on a day-to-day basis.

The Messaging Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring servers, messaging queues and gateways, providing confirmation of successful and timely delivery of formal messages to the customer via several methods. They will conduct onsite security-specific activities and ensure that all day to day activities are in line with the relevant security requirements, procedures manual and other relevant standards (including treatment of classified materials).

The ideal candidate will have NV2 Security Clearance and experience within the Defence ICT environment. Ideally, they will have experience in Defence Communications Facility. They must be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, knowing when to escalate issues. They will also need to be able to work well within a team environment, possess problem solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex situations and activities, and be able to work on a 24/7 roster.
