About the Opportunity

Zudello is seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-driven procurement solutions. Collaborating closely with our development and product teams, you'll design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, encompassing both manual and automated approaches, to deliver exceptional software to our clients.

Zudello is an Australian automation technology company specializing in using Machine Learning to extract data from disparate systems and documents, enabling end-to-end automation of business processes from Procurement to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Our Software-as-a-Service platform is utilized by companies across various sectors, including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health, and Not-for-Profit.

What You'll Do

• Manual and Automated Testing: Design and execute both manual test cases and automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• API Testing: Develop and perform comprehensive tests for our backend services using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI, ensuring robust and secure APIs.
• Test Management: Utilize platforms like TestRail or Zephyr to organize test cases, track execution, and report on quality metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and tools, advocating for best practices in testing and quality assurance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing within agile environments.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI, Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft GP, MYOB Advanced, or Xero.
• Background in SaaS, system implementation, or workflow automation.
