Property Valuer Assistant Role

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in property and economics to work alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Valuations & Advisory Division in delivering valuation and property consultancy services
  • Conduct valuations for acquisitions, asset reporting, and mortgage purposes
  • Develop and maintain a comparable sales and leasing database
  • Assist in preparing research marketing materials
  • Meet deadlines to ensure high service standards
  • Maintain knowledge of local and national markets
  • Support colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Complete tasks efficiently and professionally
About You:
  • Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar
  • A keen interest in property and eagerness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software packages
  • Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
  • Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
