We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Capability Manager to lead our training operations in Brisbane. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive business growth.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic management and execution of our training capability as part of the Support Systems team. This will involve developing and implementing effective training solutions, leading a large and diverse team, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery
- At least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment, preferably within a Military training environment
- Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media
