  • Providing high-level capability advice and facilitation to leaders and managers for a coordinated workforce development approach.
  • Contributing strategic input from a capability perspective into organisational design initiatives to ensure alignment with our objectives.

How You Will Achieve This

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop custom frameworks for managing employee learning and capability across the organisation.

Embed contemporary skills and attributes to be a lead integrity agency.

Engage employees, managers, and leaders to support capability gap analysis and learning plan development.

Utilise adult learning and capability uplift knowledge to co-design, deliver, and report on capability uplift initiatives.

Partner with stakeholders to integrate capability framework requirements into human resource management processes.
