Job Title: Clinical Operations DirectorAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Clinical Operations Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to make a real difference in the field of dentistry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our modern dental centers, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the practice, including staff management, reporting, process improvements, and sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborate with our team of dentists and dental assistants to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dental or medical knowledge/experience is highly regarded, but experience outside the industry will be considered
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and recruitment
  • Sound business and commercial acumen, with experience in working to set targets, KPIs, and rostering
