**Café Operations Manager Position**

  • Oversee daily operations, staff, and customer service.
  • Manage rosters, stock, and ordering.
  • Handle cash transactions, sales reports, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain café cleanliness, safety, and standards.
  • Support the team during peak periods by working barista shifts.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in managing a café or supervising a team.
  • Confident barista skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.

**Attractive Offer:**
