  • Develop the Centre's Marketing Strategy and Oversee its Execution
  • Coach, Lead and Develop a Small Team
  • Manage Centre Communications / Content Plan across Owned, Earned and Bought Channels
  • Deliver an Annual Centre Event Program
  • Lead and Practice Everyday Innovation and Thought Leadership, Identifying Process Improvement Opportunities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Lead and manage a small team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain centre communications plans, including social media, email, and print materials
  • Deliver an annual centre event program that attracts customers and drives sales
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in marketing leadership roles with a focus on strategy development and execution
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
