About the Role:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their objectives and maintain a clear vision for how our technology transforms organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Design, implement, and project-manage onboarding and rollout programs for customers
- Train and advise customers on best practices
- Minimize churn
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be social, analytical, quick to learn new software, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. They should also be productive in collaboration with customers, maximize value, and think creatively about strategies to nurture and expand the customer base.
