About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse and/or Midwife to lead our nursing teams and provide management support to wards, units, and programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, programs, and research initiatives that drive improved patient outcomes and service delivery.

Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care provided by our nursing teams. You will also play a critical role in promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Coordinate projects, programs, and research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Registered Nurses and/or Midwives with at least 3 years post-registration experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of contemporary professional nursing and midwifery issues
