Key Responsibilities- Develop a retention strategy to keep customers happy and increase their lifetime value
- Improve processes and develop customer experience initiatives to increase overall customer satisfaction
- Reduce customer churn
- Understand offers and value to provide to customers
- Create best practice retention teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- An understanding of the telco industry
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software
- Advanced organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, think like a leader, and remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
