Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a retention strategy to keep customers happy and increase their lifetime value
  • Improve processes and develop customer experience initiatives to increase overall customer satisfaction
  • Reduce customer churn
  • Understand offers and value to provide to customers
  • Create best practice retention teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An understanding of the telco industry
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, think like a leader, and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
