Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team as a Senior Employment Development Manager. This role will be responsible for leading regional performance, quality, and financial viability by driving key performance and compliance objectives each month.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to source government and non-government program opportunities, develop strategic relationships in the community, and empower team members to deliver upon their functional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Customer Acquisition Activities: Attract job seekers through various referral channels, ensuring a continuous pipeline of program participants.
  • Lead Regional Performance: Ensure key performance and compliance objectives are pursued and met each month, driving regional growth and success.
  • Coach and Empower Team Members: Lead, coach, and empower team members to successfully deliver upon their functional objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • SOURCE GOVERNMENT AND NON-GOVERNMENT PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES
