This is a unique opportunity to join Stripe as a Customer Success Manager and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in customer success, relationship building, and business growth.
As a key member of the account team, you will work closely with senior executives to understand customer needs and develop strategies to drive growth and retention. Your responsibilities will include leading post-sale engagement, supporting expansion opportunities, building relationships with senior executives, and gathering feedback on ways to improve our solutions.
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally customer success, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations. The ideal candidate will possess sophisticated business sense, strong analytical skills, executive presence, and a track record of achieving targets and goals.
