Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance and repair of our equipment across Western Australia.

The successful candidate will develop and implement technical service functions for our products, interface with customers, diagnose faults, and provide quality product support.

  • Perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance and repairs on company equipment.
  • Develop and implement technical service functions for company products.
  • Interface with customers via visits, telephone or email to provide quality product support.
  • Diagnose faults, perform urgent repairs and participate in a rotating weekly after-hours on-call roster.
  • Provide applications, user and technical training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade Certificate/Technical Certificate/Diploma with strong hands-on technical service experience.
  • Restricted Electrical License.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, repair, modify, overhaul, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems components.
  • Valid driver's license and possess own vehicle (car allowance will be provided).
  • Flexibility to carry out work duties occasionally beyond ordinary working hours.
