As a People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and support to leaders in executing business and people strategic objectives. You will also be providing accurate and timely advice to business stakeholders on all ER/IR matters, including risk rating and risk mitigation strategies, and assist the business with implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and delivering the People & Culture strategy to the Bulk business
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and support to leaders in executing business and people strategic objectives
  • Providing accurate and timely advice to business stakeholders on all ER/IR matters
  • Managing disputes, grievances, union relationship issues, and FWA matters
  • Completing job evaluations and making recommendations on remuneration levels and role classification
  • Supporting organisational succession planning processes
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources / People & Culture Manager with relevant work experience within an industrial/blue collar environment. You will have highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in infrastructures of logistics industries beneficial
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced, multi-focused work environment
  • Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Acting with discretion and demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting business relationships
