About the Opportunity
HWL Ebsworth is a leading law firm that delivers first-class legal advice to its government and commercial clients across Australia. Our Workplace Relations & Safety team advises large and medium corporate clients, insurers, and government and statutory authorities on industrial relations, safety, investigations, and employment matters.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience or an appetite to step into running contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters, such as safety, enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal, investigations, and general advisory work. You will also have a sound understanding of workplace relations, industrial relations, and safety law, as well as experience providing advice on employment matters across a range of commercial transactions.
