POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who is enthusiastic about leveraging data to resolve business challenges. This role will involve close collaboration with Sales Operations leadership to pinpoint and tackle operational hurdles, implement mechanisms for business optimization across various regions, and support all operational facets of planning activities.

The ideal candidate will assist with revenue routing, monthly forecasting, and address operational inquiries through a dedicated support channel. A strong emphasis will be placed on utilizing Generative AI to derive insights from data and solve complex problems. Candidates should possess a robust technical skill set, strong financial insight, and extensive analytical experience, all while demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in annual planning initiatives and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide support for specific mechanisms that govern Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Facilitate key sales support systems and processes to meet business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Create comprehensive analyses, reports, and dashboards to streamline information flow.
  • Build relationships with sales and operational stakeholders to identify and rectify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and engage in projects as necessary.
  • Become proficient in analytics tools essential for supporting Sales and Sales Operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing sales processes and policies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
