Plant Maintenance Coordinator Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing plant reliability through effective asset management and maintenance planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Plan and schedule regular maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with trades and specialists to identify and address maintenance needs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage incoming work requests and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Supervise and review planned maintenance activities, providing feedback and guidance to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Brewing Engineer to develop and manage budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives.
  • Capture and analyze data to inform asset care decisions, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including spreadsheet calculations and formulas.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
