This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to lead a small team, drive preventative maintenance strategies, and support continuous improvement at a critical production facility.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end maintenance function at a key manufacturing site located in North-West Victoria.
Reporting to the Site Manager and leading a small team, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance and fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Manage and implement the preventative maintenance plan Schedule and delegate maintenance tasks using MEX; maintain accurate records Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure safe and timely work Lead fault finding and problem-solving activities Participate in capital projects and support safety, quality, and environmental standards What We're Looking For Electrical or Mechanical Trade Qualification essential Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms (ideally MEX) Hands-on maintenance capabilities Strong communication and team leadership skills
