Our team is looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support our growing business.
Maintenance CoordinatorAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless execution of our services. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules and job requests in a timely manner.
- Efficiently communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with our operations team to resolve any issues that may arise during the maintenance process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property maintenance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
