About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator with expertise in works planning, scheduling and contract administration.
In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day coordination and oversight of maintenance activities, ensuring contractor performance meets the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency, while fostering a positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.You'll coordinate both planned and corrective maintenance, conduct site inspections and audits, monitor contractor performance, and partner with internal and external stakeholders.What's on offer:Competitive salary package + incentive.Supportive management with a genuine interest in helping you succeed.Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative team that's passionate about what they do.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance projects with contractors, managing multiple works valued at up to $1M.Manage maintenance contract performance to ensure safety, quality, and KPI compliance.Act as the primary contact for maintenance contractors, fostering strong long-term relationships to ensure collaborative project outcomes.Utilise asset management systems to track work orders and analyse data for continuous improvement.About You:Relevant technical/trade qualification or degree in Engineering or related field.Valid Australian Driver's License.Demonstrate experience in infrastructure maintenance, (civil infrastructure, roads, drainage, pavements and or rail).
