Executive Product Director

This is a senior product leadership role that involves defining the product vision, strategy and delivery of a fast-growing technology business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop the overall product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO & CTO
  • Chair the Product Council to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Own and lead the product release process including documentation & release notes
  • Oversee the development of new features and modules within the LMS platform
  • Build and manage a high-performing product function
  • Align the product and engineering functions to deliver at scale
  • Establish robust technical processes, documentation and execution standards
  • Identify and mitigate product risks
  • Drive technical debt reduction and quality improvement initiatives
  • Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency and delivery excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a product leader in scaling high-growth SaaS technology businesses
  • Strong technical background with a strategic growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive outcomes
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Passion for sports technology and industry trends
