Executive Product Delivery Lead

The organisation is seeking an Executive Product Delivery Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives from discovery to delivery.

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
  • Conduct technical analysis, define solution architectures, and facilitate workshops to define project technical approaches.
  • Implement best practices in AI-driven delivery models, including product repository artefacts and AI prompt libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering AI-driven, cloud-native, and DevSecOps-enabled solutions at scale.
  • Shape technical strategy, guiding clients through transformative adoption of fully AI-driven delivery models.
  • Conduct technical analysis, define solution architectures, and facilitate client workshops to define project technical approaches.
  • Implement Gen-e2 best practices, from product repository artefacts to AI prompt libraries for coding standards, architecture, and security compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in engineering or technical consulting roles, ideally in cloud-native, DevOps, and AI-driven environments.
  • Strong background in software engineering, systems design, and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Passion for AI in product engineering and a drive to continuously reinvent how we deliver products by harnessing the latest AI capabilities.
