Children Service Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the position of Children Services Leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and operating services assigned to them, leading teams of Support Workers in providing high-quality support to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Support Workers in delivering daily support and care to children and young people
- Ensure high-quality support is provided through effective communication and guidance
- Embed routines and processes consistently across services
- Guide trauma-informed and therapeutic supports to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Travel between services as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent
- A passion for human rights and creating positive change
- Empathy and compassion, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
- An enthusiastic approach to teamwork, collaboration, and inspiration
- A willingness to exercise self-reflection and improve as a leader
