Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the delivery of high-quality services for children and young people with disabilities in Surrey and West Sussex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a structured programme of enjoyable activities, coordinating staffing, and assisting in the recruitment and training of the disability staff team. A key aspect of this role is managing new referrals, assessments, and individual care plans to ensure individual needs are met.

This exciting opportunity requires a passion for working with SEND and excellent coordination skills. We welcome applications from candidates with demonstrable experience of working with children and young people with disabilities and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Disability, Health or Social Care or Education.
