Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to lead our existing 60 licence capacity service located in Bendigo. This is a permanent part-time (36 hours per week) role for those looking for a step up in their career, experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.

The successful candidate will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. They will have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor them at their service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever they and the children are into
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service including compliance and administration
