The ideal candidate will provide a nurturing environment that caters to the social, cultural, emotional, educational, and physical needs of children aged 0-5 years.
About This PositionThis is a full-time opportunity for an experienced educator to lead the development of high-quality, age-appropriate programs and engaging daily routines that foster a love of learning in young children. You will play a key role in shaping educational experiences and building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.
- Establish and maintain play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Monitor and document children's progress and development.
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
- ACECQA Approved Bachelor's/ Master's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Exceptional level of verbal and written communication.
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
