Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in our Kedron store. The ideal candidate will have flexibility throughout the entire week, across all hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and presentation of products in-store
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume, disciplined retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and store standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items, such as bags of dog food
