Petbarn, a leading pet specialty retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other retail tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
