As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet care and nutrition
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food)
