Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Desktop Support Engineer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalate and resolve tickets at a level 1 capacity.
  • Develop technical skills and work with different types of tools and software.
  • Work closely within a team and a Service Desk Team Lead.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, Troubleshooting, RDP in an MSP, supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. They will also be familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, RMM, and Windows.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of technology platforms, tools and systems.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network architecture and security protocols.
