Job Role Overview

  • Coordinate IT service desk responsibilities to provide prompt and effective support for end-user issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality of service delivery and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Listen attentively to employee inquiries and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruption to their workflow.
  • Ensure software license compliance and manage licensing agreements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for IT-related issues when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements for IT services and infrastructure.
\Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a help desk or front-line technical troubleshooting role, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of provisioning and supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office IT services, including networking, phone systems, and security systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex IT issues.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • An eagerness to learn, high initiative, and proactive nature.
