Job Summary:

We seek an experienced General Manager, Customer Relations to lead customer relations and drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and regulatory responsiveness.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team to build strong relationships with external stakeholders and regulators
  • Oversee complaint management processes and ensure compliance with internal and external dispute resolution processes
  • Maintain effective risk management practices and share insights to minimize conduct risk
  • Represent at senior levels with external stakeholders and regulators
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business outcomes

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams and managing change effectively
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with sound commercial judgement
  • Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in defining end-to-end processes and implementing improvements
