Job Description

In this exciting role as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering required sales targets by motivating staff to achieve performance goals
  • Providing training, education, and performance monitoring for sales team
  • Supporting marketing programs and educating sales staff on marketing strategies
  • Fostering a positive work environment and promoting company values

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales with a proven track record of success
  • Leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
