**Looking for a high energy, organised, and dynamic Head Studio Manager-Sales Manager to join Celebrity Ink GOLD COAST plus Body piercer positions available

**As our Head Manager you will:
- ** Lead daily operations of business and drive your team to actively meet sales goals.**:

- ** Provide premium customer experience, manage inventory, reconcile cash and drive in store promotion and social media management.**:

- ** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations**:

- ** Bring high energy, commitment and sales experience to the role; you will be hands-on and thoroughly enjoy leading an inspiring team.**
**Required Skills:
- ** Proven experience in leading a dynamic team and creating a high energy, positive environment**:

- ** Ability to engage with customers and convert walk in's to purchasing clients.**:

- ** Enforce policies and procedures to ensure high level of customer experience and safety.**:

- ** Strong communication and writing skills.**:

**Qualifications
- ** 3 + years of sales-retail management or business experience**:

- ** Demonstrated ability in being an effective salesperson**:

- ** Strong customer service, management and communication skills.***:** The position is full-time, including availability to work weekends and evenings.
