SummitCare is a leading provider of aged care services, operating 9 homes across Sydney and Newcastle. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Services Officer to join our team at our residential facility in Baulkham Hills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families
- Assist with daily tasks and activities, including meal preparation and cleaning
- Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current HACCP guidelines
- Experience in a wide range of cooking, diet, and nutritional requirements
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
