Account Director Opportunity

Informa Tech is a leading business technology community that connects, informs, and inspires the industry to build a better, more sustainable world. We're seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Asia Tech x Singapore team, driving event and digital sales by maximising the current event proposition while building on new features and activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for Asia Tech x Singapore partners, sponsors, and exhibitors
  • Manage customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and agreements to maximise profit
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Develop and execute a retention and new business development strategy to grow and expand within new and existing customers
  • Achieve revenue targets, respond to inbound enquiries, and self-generated leads based on a deep market and product understanding
  • Position ATx's products, solutions, and services as a solution for the market and business challenges that meet the customers' needs
  • Report using all data sources, accurate forecasting, and performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in successfully exceeding targets for large-scale, multi-track events in a fast-paced commercially-focused organisation
  • Commercially astute with proven experience as a practical deliverer
  • Demonstrable experience of building positive relationships with clients
  • Growing key accounts and acquiring new business, consultatively selling across high-value event sponsorship, traditional media, and new digital opportunities
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities
