Business Analyst Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering high-impact business outcomes through strategic analysis, project management and process improvement.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, develop solutions and implement changes that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities and risks, and outline mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to estimate costs, identify savings and develop project plans.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide visibility into project progress, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Exercise sound judgment when dealing with competing priorities or unexpected issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the ICT sector.
  • Effective communication and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Experience in business process improvements in complex environments and situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach to formulating project solutions.
