  • You will play a critical role in developing strategic proposals to shape the future of donor-funded programming in the region.
The Role
  • As Senior Manager, Business Development, you will leverage deep sector knowledge and strategic insight to expand Palladium's impact across the Asia Pacific region.
  • You will identify early-stage opportunities, assess market dynamics, and position Palladium for success in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

  • Guiding the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and proposals, ensuring submissions reflect innovation, quality, and strategic alignment with client needs.
  • Designing and implementing compelling tender strategies, building meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and consultants for long-term collaboration.
  • Providing leadership to keep bids on track, ensuring robust strategy and engaging the right team to secure wins.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience managing contractors or donor clients in international development.
  • Experience in policy analysis, research, or proposal development is advantageous.
