About the Role:

The Organisational Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice and capacity building support to organisations aimed at ensuring they meet the Child Safe Standards. The role involves undertaking compliance operations, audits, and investigations to identify organisations not complying with the Child Safe Standards, children's employment, or WWCC legislation and recommending enforcement action to address non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to organisations on how to meet the Child Safe Standards
  • Conducting audits and investigations to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve organisational compliance
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure consistency in compliance approaches
  • Identifying and reporting any instances of non-compliance to relevant authorities

Requirements:
